I am trying to relay an email from another ip to the iredmail server and getting the following error:

SMTPAddressFailedException: 550 5.1.0
<username>: Sender address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table

Please help. Thanks in advance

Try to append IP address of the server which you used to relay email in Postfix parameter "mynetworks =".
