I need to administrate virtual mailboxes for the virtual users in my server (read, delete emails individually). I have 3 virtual domains with integration with active directory (LDAP). Similar to : webmin option "read email" from a local user. Any idea?

You need Dovecot Master User. Reference: http://iredmail.org/wiki/index.php?titl … aster.User

At least in our setup (Debian 7, iRedMail 0.8.5) we had to create the master user / password as SHA like this:

htpasswd -b -s /etc/dovecot-master-user-password master_user master_password

You might consider updating the Wiki.

Hi @srd2010,

Do you mean '-s' option is a must have? Does it work without '-s'?
