Hello there,

is there a way to run a script or something to delete messages in a user folder (.SPAMS) automatically if they're, let's say 1week old ?

You need Dovecot-2: http://wiki2.dovecot.org/Tools/Doveadm/Expunge

It's OK,

The command is : doveadm expunge -u user@domain.tld MAILBOX Junk BEFORE 7d

to see what's the result of the command, remplace expunge by search.
