*) Does it matter?
*) Unfortunately, you cannot disable virus/spam scanning for certain domain with iRedMail default settings. But you can modify Amavisd config file to achieve this yourself. Reference:

is important for me because one of my customers wants to have all its mail to be sure that nothing is left for error in spam.
I read the article, but if I configure a second IP address on the same network card, can I configure iRedMail and its parameters on LDAP also the domain of this IP? and all it works?

You don't need to do it that way. Try this:

Test it on a virtual machine or testing server first.
