I have installed iRedMail server on CentOS 6.4 machine and the server is working fine. I can send mails through UI internally between other users on the same machine.

I have created a sendmail client on RHEL 5.7 machine and made the following necessary changes in the files under /etc/mail and /etc/mail/auth directory.

In sendmail.mc file I added the hostname of my mail server. And in auth dir i created a client-info file which has my server's IP address and credentials of the user from which I am going to send the mail.
On RHEL when I type following command:
$ sendmail -v user@user.com
Hello
This is a test mail
.

I cannot see the mail when I log in to the UI on iRedMail server on CentOS machine with the addressed email credentials.

Can you please help me on this to send a mail from different machine with sendmail client.
