Topic: OpenLDAP on other server

Hello!

I'm  thinking of installing iredmail, but i would like to install ldap to another server. Is it possible using iredmail.sh install?

How about this:

*) Install iRedMail first.
*) Install OpenLDAP on another server. Add iRedMail's own LDAP scheme file, then import LDIF data generated during iRedMail installation (iRedMail-0.8.5/conf/ldap_init.ldif) to this OpenLDAP server.
*) Update config files on iRedMail server to use OpenLDAP server on another server. Major files:

- /etc/postfix/ldap/*
- /etc/dovecot/dovecot-ldap.conf
- /etc/amavisd/amavisd.conf
- Roundcube config file (config/main.inc.php, global LDAP address book).
