How can I make webmail accessible via HTTP (HTTPS should still work)
And is there an easy way to install a certificate on the HTTPS connection?

Search “force_https” in Roundcube webmail config file, and set it to false.

You have to buy SSL certificate from a trusted SSL provider, then follow its tutorial to install certificate.
iRedMail uses below two files on CentOS:

- /etc/pki/tls/certs/iRedMail_CA.pem
- /etc/pki/tls/private/iRedMail.key
