Our users were reported that mail deliver is slow. we suspect it as mail queue issue and tried logging into iredadmin. But its just cloaking and not logging into web panel.

Could you please let me know that how to clear the mail queue from command line?

*) You should be very careful to clear mail queue, do not delete legit/normal emails.
*) You have to check log files under /var/log/ to find out the root cause of this issue, not clear the mail queue.
