So, the only way out for this moment is:
1) to make Dovecot Master User;
2) Login to the roundcube webmail as user@domain.tld and MasterUserPassword to set up vacation

Is it right?

Yes.

Or, you can write a script (Python/Bash shell/Perl/etc) to automate this administration task.

It will be so kind to share with community (todo add to the wiki too) until we'll have full working vacation in the iRedAdmin-Pro.
