iRedMail: last version with mysql

Hello,
I am a newbe in iRedMail. Ihave nstalled iRedMail on my server. When i try to send a local email all is OK. But when i try to send an external email i havve a mail delivery failure with this error message: 550 5.7.1 relaying denied (in reply to MAIL FROM command).
I tried to set a relayhost with outbound.mailhop.org (dyndns service) with a good set in /etc/postfix/main.cf (http://www.howtoforge.com/postfix_relay … mailserver) but same error message.
