I have installed a fresh install of Ubuntu set up the hostname/(S) (i think properly), installed IRedMail.

I am able to send mail internally within the system and receive mail from outside servers but am currently unable to send outgoing mail.

root@mail:/# cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost
103.4.235.254 mail.industryinnovations.com.au mail
root@mail:/# cat /etc/hostname
mail
root@mail:/#

The server is a VPS, not sure if that makes a difference, or if I've maybe set up the hotnames wrong or something.

What's the error message? Any related log in /var/log/mail.log?

Lock/delete this thread, issue resolved was unrelated to iredmail.
