Topic: Box Full without enough emails

Hello
some users get lots of emails and delete them  after sometime, for some reason the deleted emails seems still keep the mailbox space with result that mailboxes are full without contening emails inside.
there is a way to clean the mailboxes?

*) How did you delete emails?
*) Are you sure deleted emails are still in the mailbox? How do you make sure?
