Topic: Apache virtual hosts not working after IRM install

I'm using the latest version of iRedMail and I've noticed that I can't configure and use name based virtual hosting in apache. For some reason, even though I go to the hosts, it always redirects to the mail interface. How can I get around this so I can run multiple virtual hosts on the same machine as iRedMail?

You can check 'index.html' file under Apache DocumentRoot, it redirects http://[server]/ to http://[server]/mail/

Please always show us basic info of your iRedMail server, that's why i cannot show your absolute path to 'index.html' file.

Thank you for the response. I've looked at /var/www/index.html and I see that it redirects to the /mail directory. I've tried renaming the file to something else and it still is redirecting. Information about my server is below as you requested.

- iRedMail version: 0.8.6
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MySQL
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS
- Related log if you're reporting an issue: NA

It should work if you rename /var/www/index.html or remove it. What do you mean it "still is redirecting"? Which URL did you access?

Thank you, Zhan. I'm an idiot and I wasn't thinking. It was working the entire time. As expected, when I go to the primary domain, it redirects to /mail and when I go to one of the other domains it goes to the right file. Thank you for your help. I'm an idiot! lol
