I would like to know how to set the file size limitation for file attachments for a specific account.
And to do that in iredadmin c.panel

If you're running package Policyd instead of Cluebringer, you can set it in iRedAdmin-Pro under user profile page (tab Throttling). Cluebringer doesn't support this feature.
