The total mailbox size for an account is 100MB. All the email in all folder (Inbox, draft, sent, junk, trash) has been deleted and empty, but the disk usage still showing 94MB used, it should be 0MB used as all the email has been clear.

I have already restart the dovecot, postfix and MYSQL service but still same.

I will need your expert advice on this.

Thanks.

Re: Mailbox Disk usage cannot be clear

Hi,

Sorry, I have updated the required information as below. We did not delete any sql record. We only delete the all emails in webmail but noticed that after deleting the available space did not reduce. Strangely this only happened for specific user.

Any additional step that needed to be perform?

Thanks.

Re: Mailbox Disk usage cannot be clear

Well, you didn't show us basic info of your iRedMail server, so i guess you're running MySQL edition, that's why i gave you "vmail.used_quota". Please delete the record in SQL table "iredadmin.used_quota" if you're running OpenLDAP edition.

You see why we ask you to show us basic info of your iRedMail server, it will help you get answer faster.
