I can not authenticate on port 587 Interspire...

works port 25.

*) With default iRedMail settings, port 465 is not enabled.
*) With port 587, you should use TLS (not SSL). Please configure your mail client program to use TLS for sending email. If you already have TLS enabled in your client program, please show us detailed settings, and related log in Postfix log file (/var/log/mail.log) on your server.

Again, "Please configure your mail client program to use TLS for sending email. If you already have TLS enabled in your client program, please show us detailed settings, and related log in Postfix log file (/var/log/mail.log) on your server."

*) Why does your mail client sent CONNECT, GET, POST commands? They looks like HTTP protocol.
*) What's your mail client program?

If it works with other programs, you'd better ask support from provider of "Interspire e-mail marketing".

Does smtp service on iRedMail work for you with your mail client like Outlook/Thunderbird? If yes, it's better to ask support from "Interspire e-mail marketing".

I use interspire mail marketing

SMTP Hostname: ssl://smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Username: (my gmail)
SMTP Password: (App passwords - the pass use for the gmail has 2-Step Verification )
SMTP Port: 465

It is OK.
