I'm not sure if this is a iredmail issue...but when I send email from one account to another ...the outlook client should be closed and reopened to view the new email receveid(i tested several times), it's on pop3 protocol.

Does email arrived in mailbox? Check it with webmail first.

Same thing in thunderbird.

I forgot to tell about 3 modifications i maded.

i set smtpd_tls_security_level = none, and in dovecot.conf

ssl = yes
disable_plaintext_auth = no

LE: outlook/thunderbird was  checking the new email at every 30/10 minutes
