please see error log, for some reason user passwords cant be changed via roundcube, can you assist?

*) Did you upgrade Roundcube manually?
*) Did you make any changes on your server? Modified config files?

I did upgrade roundcube but the settings in the config file seem fine, no other configs have been modified, is there an example of what the config file should look like?

Did you apply patch for Roundcube password plugin for PostgreSQL backend?
