I'm looking to install osTicket onto my iredmail server. I've researched it a little, but need to know where in the filesystem to stick it. I (though very new to the hosting business) have no idea of where to install osTicket so it would show up on http://mydomain.com/support. Can someone explain to me how to do this?

Which I have done. I'm not actually asking for help installing osTicket. Please, let me clarify.
When I installed iRedMail it configured everything to its own standards automatically, correct? (which was the main reason I downloaded it.)
However, now that I want to add new things to it, I need to know what folders are being served, where would be best to put new items alongside iredmail.
If you can just tell me what folders are being served, and where are the config to them, I would be most grateful.
