Topic: Wrong character encoding in german translation

For example the german letter "ü" (ü) is encoded as 0xc2b8 - which is wrong.
This page http://www.decodeunicode.org/en/u+00fc/properties states correctly that "ü" is 0xc3bc in UTF-8.

The PO file on transifex.net has the correct encoding!

So that must be my mistake while converting PO file to MO format.
I don't know how to avoid this converting issue, and the MO file which original translator sent me didn't work correctly sad

Can you convert PO file locally and test it with your iRedAdmin-Pro? Mail me the MO+PO files after they are working as expected.

Even the PO file in iRedAdmin-1.1.1.tar.bz2 has the wrong encoding.

Downloading the PO file from transfex, applying "msgfmt iredadmin.po -o iredadmin.mo" and moving both files to the appropriate directory solved the issue for me.
