- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): LDAP
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu server

I've added whole domain mask to the Whitelist, but amavis ignore this and blocked email from domain by SPAM reason.

Should I update iRedAdminPro version to fix it?

Whitelists added in iRedAdmin-Pro is used in Policyd/Cluebringer, Amavisd doesn't use it directly. You can try to add addition whitelist  in /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf:

whitelist_from *@example.com
