For some reason I'm getting clients that use Outlook not able to send emails to other emails on the same server.  Anyone know why this would be?

You have to check Postfix log file (/var/log/mail.log) to figure it out. It's hard to help without related log.

ok, I found out the issue.  in the main.cf under the line
smtpd_sender_restrictions =
I removed the value
reject_sender_login_mismatch
