Topic: amavis virus scan broken new install

I see this in the log for every email the server receives

I have made the folders 755 and added clam to the group amavis and clamav

What's the permission of folder /var/spool/amavisd/tmp? Did you try 755?

# chmod 755 /var/spool/amavisd/tmp

it looks like the dir created in tmp are not 755

Did you restart Amavisd and ClamAV services?

yes, both
service amavisd restart OK
service clamd restart OK

still get the same error.
I have also made those 2 dir a 777 but the dir created in tmp is a 750

No idea yet. 755 on /var/spool/amavisd/tmp should be fine, and 750 on files under it should be fine too.
