Topic: Email Reject directly before send it to the queue

Some of our users complain that the email system directly reject their email instead of sending a user not found message after send.  As they are sending out like 500 email.  It's terrible unfriendly to define which username is incorrect.  Please help.

Case 1:

Email to 500 internal user, put the email address aaa@DOMAIN, bbb@DOMAIN,ccc@DOMAIN.  But the reject couldn't find which user was being rejected.  Need to trace one by one.  The user quote, the old system will first accept then bounce.
Error message

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'aaa@DOMAIN'. Subject 'test', Account: DOMAIN, Server: DOMAIN, Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.1.1 <aaa@DOMAIN>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

Hi,

The client wants to make the local domains to accept first then reject.  Even I told him it may affect the performance as it will create many MAILER-DAEMON.  But per his feeling, this setting should be common and the reject is not reasonable as they would like to send 500 users internally, why the users need to fix one by one if the local mail box is not exist (resigned person).  This is the main issue.

Sender@domaina.com to user1@domain, test1-5@domain and invalid@domain.  It receive the message from log.  And the user receive the log message from my previous post.
