Is there any option to deleted automatically the logs sent and received mails?

Sure, please add a cron job to execute script 'tools/cleanup_amavisd_db.py' under iRedAdmin-Pro directory.
For example:

30  1   *   *   *   python /usr/share/apache2/iredadmin/tools/cleanup_amavisd_db.py >/dev/null
