Topic: Block some users to send mails to internet users

Hi,

We have 10 users in my domain. I want 2 users out of 10 users not to send mails to other domain other than local domain.

Scenario:
I have domain as pipalresearch.com. Assume that mail id aaa@pipalresearch.com & bbb@pipalresearch.com should be able to send mail to domain pipalresearch.com but should not be able to send mails to any other domain such as yahoo.co.in, yahoo.com, gmail.com.

How can I do this and resolve this....?
