Topic: Greylisting issues

How are we to setup graylisting so those systems that will send email from a different server the next time around?

outlook.com and several other have hundreds of servers and the email will seldom come from the same server again. I see emails retry for several hours.

will the whitelist work with a domain name instead of a IP address?

Please ALWAYS show us basic info of your iRedMail server, so that we can help you figure it out quickly.

======== Required information ====
- iRedMail version:
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL):
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version:
- Related log if you're reporting an issue:
====

You can disable greylisting for certain sender domains, but it's not managed in "System -> Whitelists".

Re: Greylisting issues

The issue is with both
iRedMail-0.8.7 mysql and iRedAdmin-Pro-MySQL-1.8.1
distro centos 6.5
if you have a way to disable graylisting for specific domains it would be nice.

Re: Greylisting issues

Unfortunately, according to Cluebringer document, only IP addresses are allowed for whitelisting:
