Topic: How to manage my iredmail about spam mail ?

my relay system found my server send many spam , they tell me to block my server if i can't control my mail server.
Do you have idea to check and repair my problem?
Please

My system :
iRedmail Version = 0.8.1
iRedAdmin = 0.1.8(LDAP)

Centos 5.6
kerval 2.6.18-238.el5

and if  i  do upgrade to the new version of iRedmail and iRedAdmin , will i lose my mail data?

Usually this issue is caused by someone cracked mail account password and use it to send spam. So here's general suggestions:

*) Ask all your users to reset password to a STRONG password.
*) Make sure you have 'reject_sender_login_mismatch' in Postfix config file /etc/postfix/main.cf, parameter 'smtpd_sender_restrictions'.

Also, if you have iRedAdmin-Pro installed, one addition suggestion:

*) Quarantining detected SPAM/Virus into SQL database for further approval. Reference: http://www.iredmail.org/docs/quarantining.html

Check mail log file (/var/log/maillog on RHEL/CentOS) to find out who sent spams.
