Hi Zhang,

I have a question in regards with the above error.

We have dedicating mail hosting server from an ISP provider and using iRedmail pro ldap as local server and relaying all email from iredmail server through our ISP hosted email server and using fetchmail to fetch emails from ISP.

So in this condition the DKIM should be configured on ISP server or we need to configure on local server which is replaying all emails through ISP.

Please help.!!

DNS is configured on ISP server.

*) Publick DKIM key unavailable means you don't have correct DNS DKIM record.
*) Either signing on your mail server or ISP server is ok, the point is DKIM signature must be present in mail header.

Hi Zhang,

Thanks for the info, but still little confused.

When we are sending mails from ISP server is going without any issue. But when i send from local server( iredmail) its bouncing back with DKIM error for some domains.

Note: All emails are relayed through ISP server only.

In this case what i have to do? Please help.

*) What bounce message?
*) I repeat myself, Public DKIM key unavailable means you don't have correct DNS DKIM record. OR, destination/recipient server didn't get result of your DKIM key while querying DNS server, it might be caused by their own DNS cache server (like not updating in a short period, etc).

Problem solved by configuring DKIM DNS record in our ISP server.
