Topic: upgrade path between an old unsuported iredadmin to a brand new one ?

I just arrived on a kind of abandoned version of iredmail pro that I need to migrate to a new server, here are the information I'm aware of :

source server :

debian 6
iRedAdmin-Pro-LDAP-1.8.1
roundcubemail-0.9.2
iRedMail-0.7.4
Licence to be renewed

Target server

ubuntu 14.04.1
iRedMail pro latest everything
licence to be transfered ?



Questions :

a) what do you suggest as a path for this migration

b) once the migration done can I transfer the licence to one server to another ?

Excuse me, what do you mean "abandoned version"? You can upgrade iRedMail from 0.7.4 to the latest 0.8.7 by following our upgrade tutorials: http://www.iredmail.org/doc.html#upgrade_tutorial

YES, and you must remove license on OLD server.

sorry the server was not updated and taken care of. I didn't mean you abandonned the older version.
