We have a spammer which still come even we blacklist the user on the blacklist feature, is any set to blacklist the user ? i input the IP of the sender on iptables too..

I mean with still come is the email still come to our mailbox even we already input their domain into the blacklist feature on iredmail. is any other setting to prevent the spammer?

Could you please help extract log from Postfix log file (/var/log/maillog) related to this spammer? so that i can know how it entered your mail queue.

Note: please extract log of full smtp session, not just one line contains spammer IP/email.

I already check the log for maillog but i didnt get the spammer.. is any log for reject sender?

Which is the spammer you want to blacklist? an IP address or an email address? Try to find it out in Postfix log file please.

I think, i've got same problem:
I add sender or domain to black- or whitelist in webUI. it appends to "cluebringer-policy_group_members" base. But emails from this senders still come =\

For example:
I added my own adress "deviance@rambler.ru" to BL blacklist
Then i send mail from this mail adress:

Blacklist is stored in Cluebringer database, not iRedAPD, you have to turn on debug in Cluebringer to figure it out.

According to cluebringer log, the sender is not blacklisted in cluebringer.
Did you blacklist sender with iRedAdmin-Pro or cluebringer webui?

Oh, i found the problem. Please execute script 'tools/sync_cluebringer_internal_domains.py' shipped within iRedAdmin-Pro and it should work.
