i have installed i redmail and when i check my url it says webpage not available please help

Maybe too little RAM for Apache or PHP to start? Any relevant error log entries? You haven't really provided any details...

Does it work if you use IP address in URL instead of domain name?

Yes it does. It feels like I am missing something like a vhost but I am not sure.

I registered a new user using IPaddress/iredadmin and sent a mail which I received but I am also not able to receive emails when replied back.

Any help would be appreciated.

Dear sumitpalmonga,

Do you have correct A/MX DNS records for your mail domain name? Any error log in /var/log/maillog?

The mail was delayed for a few hours but showed up later on. Thanks for the reply.

Sorry for highjacking this thread but seems like it was waiting for a response from over an year and I had the exact same problem. Thanks again for a prompt response.
