Hi,
I've recently updated my server and when ClamAV asked me to upgrade the configs, I said yes...
what should I do now? I'm not receiving any emails...

& I have absolutely no idea what to look in for.

there is a line saying that it had tried to connect to /tmp/clamd.socket and failed
Also:
WARN: All primary virus scanners failed, considering backups

should I provide the whole log? are there any content that I should remove from them?

OK, that means clamav service is not running. Did you try to restart clamav service? Any message on terminal while you restarting clamav service?

You can try to disable clamav service in Amavisd first, after you get it running, enable it in amavisd again.

Add below line in /etc/amavis/conf.d/50-user in front of the last line:

@bypass_virus_checks_maps = (1);

Restart amavisd service, then you should be able to sent/receive email again but without virus scanning.
Fix clamav issue quickly, then comment out or remove above line in '50-user'.

Alright, you can comment out 'content_filter =' line in Postfix /etc/postfix/main.cf, restart postfix service. Postfix will not pass email to Amavisd for spam/virus scanning right now. And please fix your clamav issue as quick as possible.
