How to set default html editor when reply email on Roundcube 1.0.1?

In <RC root>/config/main.inc.php change $rcmail_config['htmleditor'] to 1.

It could be a server-wide setting (as Dexus mentioned) or per-user setting (in Preferences setting page after logged in to webmail).

I was set as Dexus recommend, but when reply email still old.
