How about implement it with firewall (either network router/firewall or iptables on Linux)?

What do you mean "source" and "destination" address? and what's "bind"?

You can implement it with Cluebringer, it's shipped in iRedMail. But you have to manage this limit with its own web ui, our web admin panel - iRedAdmin-Pro - doesn't support manage limit for IP address (only sender/recipient or sender/recipient domain).

Not implemented.

5.multiple custom port for sending mail.

Just update Postfix config file (/etc/postfix/master.cf) and firewall (to open certain network ports).

6.Detail reporting .

Define "detail" first please.

How about our web admin panel? http://www.iredmail.org/admin_panel.html

Mission impossible. Destination server defines what spam is, you have to be careful not to spam others.

Default setting.

Can be done with shipped SpamAssassin.

Define which mail you should block first. If you don't know what to block, how do you block it?
