I want to allow  servers that  has the next problem to send mails to our server.

Helo command rejected: ACCESS DENIED. Your email was rejected because the sending mail server does not identify itself correctly (.local); from=<"sender-email"> to=<"our-email"> proto=ESMTP helo=<*****.local>

The solution was in helo_access.pcre
