It's possible to redirect rejected emails to postmaster account?

Most E-Mails get rejected before they are sent, SMTP is like a Conversation, it starts off with who the message is for, Rejection happens at this stage, and the actual Message is never received, so there is nothing to redirected to the postmaster account
