email alias does not work.
Iredadmin mail alias does not appear when they are created.

Where else can see created mail alias?

Are you running the paid iRedAdmin-Pro or iRedAdmin open source edition (OSE)?
OSE doesn't list or manage mail alias accounts, you should use iRedAdmin-Pro instead.

I  running the paid iRedAdmin-Pro.

If you are creating an Alias manually while running -Pro then something is wrong. Use iRedAdmin-Pro to create the alias, then it will definitely function correctly.

Could you please show us the LDIF data of this mail alias account? let's see whether it missed some required attribute/value pairs.
You can export it with 'ldapsearch' if this account is not available in iRedAdmin-Pro.

I create mail alias arnis@***  to accont arnis.platpirs@***
But the alias does not appear in LDIF

This is a normal mail user, not a mail alias account. And it doesn't forward email to other user either.

It's recommended to create mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro, or if you want to do it manually, follow this tutorial strictly:
