I wanted to pass along an issue I had after migrating my old mailserver to iRedMail.  I installed MarkasJunk2 per the howto along with ManagePlugins.
After using imapsync to migrate my mail accounts to the new server, I noticed that only my account had two Junk folders.  Roundcube showed one with the recycle bin icon, the second appeared further down as a regular folder.  Both folders showed in my Thunderbird client as well.  Don't know if it was related to Dovecot or Thunderbird.  Flagged spam would automatically one or the other of these two folders.
Turns out that I had a Spam folder in my account which was showing up as the second Junk folder in both Roundcube and Thunderbird.  After moving the mails out of the spam folder, I removed the spam folder using my server console with Dovecot stopped.  Problem is now gone.

Never expected the Spam folder to show up as Junk!  Hope this helps others.
