Topic: Cant recieve nor send emails

====- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 0.9.2
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu 15.04
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MySQL
- Web server (Apache or Nginx):Apache
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro?No
- Related log if you're reporting an issue: /var/log.mail.log

Cant send or receive messages even though RoundCube says its been succesfully sent.
Check my log files for the min_message error that other have posted about but didn't see it ,
but I did see some error's about connection refused andPHP being depreciated.
Here is most of my /var/log/mail.log file

Dovecot service is not running, please start it first and make sure it's running.
