I am trying to install on Debian Jessie and am getting errors about
E: Unable to locate package postfix-cluebringer

What I have discovered is that those packages aren't available in jessie.
How do I get around this to install?

Re: Debian Jessie

Rename /etc/lsb_release and try again. for example:

# mv /etc/lsb_release /etc/lsb_release.bak

This is a known issue and will be fixed in upcoming iRedMail release.
