I would like to change of smtp to smpts.

I change this line by :

smtps     inet  n       -       -       -       -       smtpd

I can send mails in every mail box. however, I don't receive mail in my box.

Don't do this. Please follow tutorial below instead:
http://www.iredmail.org/docs/enable.smtps.html

If you cannot receive email, please make sure you have correct DNS records for your mail domains, both A and MX records.

I followed this tutorial to configure stmps http://www.iredmail.org/docs/enable.smtps.html
As soon as I switch to stmps, I don't recieve emails.
I need to configure something in dovecot?

must I uncomment this line?

you make me confused...

*) with default iRedMail settings, both SMTP (port 25) and submission (port 587) are enabled, submission is used by users to send emails, port 25 is used to communicate with other mail servers -- not used by users to submit/send emails.

*) default iRedMail setting is ok to receive emails, unless your have network issue or improperly configured network firewall rules.
