- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: UBUNTU 14.04 LTS
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): LDAP
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Apache
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? iRedadmin
- Related log if you're reporting an issue:

we didn't receive  any emails, some time we received only 1 mail, some time coming bulk emails.

Do you have correct A/MX DNS records for your mail domains?

Yes A record and DNS record is correct.
I am facing this issue on mobile device only.
I got all the mails on round cube and on mail client like outlook and  thunder bird.

But in mobile device it shows sometimes no mail or sometimes it shows bulkmail or 1 or 2 mails in inbox.

Do your mobile clients connect via IMAP protocol or ActiveSync (Exchange server)? It looks like a mobile phone network issue.
