Topic: domain does not receive external emails

- Web server (Apache or Nginx): apache
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro?
- Related log if you're reporting an issue:

when sending emails from gmail to my domain, I get the following message:

"Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

     dgarcia@lab.tepuy.top

Technical details of permanent failure:
DNS Error: Address resolution of lab.tepuy.top. failed: Domain name not found"

to the contrary, from my domain to gmail emails were sent successfully:

I'm sorry, I have indicated the wrong message.
The message that is coming to external mail is:

The Error That the other server returned was:
550 5.1.1 <dgarcia@viper2.lab.tepuy.top>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in the local recipient table

*) Is 'viper2.lab.tepuy.top' a virtual mail domain name, or your server hostname?
*) Does user 'dgarcia@viper2.lab.tepuy.top' exist?

viper2.lab.tepuy.top is server hostname.
the dgarcia user exists in the virtual domain labd.tepuy.top

Then you should send email to dgarcia@lab.tepuy.top, not dgarcia@viper2.lab.tepuy.top.
