Hello ive just installed iredmail and i can sent emails but cant receive theme

Its a ubuntu server 14.04 with iredmail and my dns server is also a ubuntu server with bind9 and i can acces localy all but cant telnet outside from the network so i think its a dns problem.
With the domainregestar ive set 2 a record example.com ip x.x.x.x/ mail.example.comand a mx record example.com mx10 example.com

I'm afraid that we cannot help in this case, you need to fix your DNS issue.

Oke but can you help a little??

Mayby the hostname is wrong
Ive got

127.0.0.1 mail.example.com localhost
127.0.1.1 mail.example.com mail
192.168.10.3 mail.example.com mail

I saw in the tutorial that it starts with mx.example.com but is that mayby the problem?

The "mx.example.com" in our installation guide is just a sample, you should use the real one you need to use.
