Hi Zhang,

I'd like to ask if it is possible control (limit?) the number of recipients a particular user can send email to.

e.g. user1 can send only to 10 email addresses.

You mean, sending to 10 email addresses in, e.g. 1 hour? if so, yes.

In early iRedMail releases, it ships Policyd for this kind of throttling. In recent iRedMail releases, it ships Cluebringer for this. In upcoming iRedMail release, both Policyd and Cluebringer are gone, and we offer iRedAPD (developed by iRedMail team) for this.

So, please check which one you're running, then check its document to understand how to set a throttling:
