Topic: "E: dpkg was interrupted..." After installation attempt

- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 0.9.2
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu Mate 15.10 on RPi
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MySQL
- Web server (Apache or Nginx):Apache
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro?:No
- Related log if you're reporting an issue: http://pastebin.com/M5WU8zSG

After a failed installation attempt (the log of which is included above) apt-get now refuses to run, saying, "E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem. " Running the suggested command results in https://my.mixtape.moe/gzsugg.png being displayed on the terminal. Clicking on <Ok> does nothing, and it appears to accept no input.

What can be done to, first off, fix the package manager, and secondly, repair the installation?

iRedMail-0.9.2 doesn't fully work with Ubuntu 15.10 (it was not yet released).

Are you running Ubuntu 15.10 on Raspberry Pi?

newaliases: warning: valid_hostname: numeric hostname: 162.200.12.234
newaliases: fatal: file /etc/postfix/main.cf: parameter myhostname: bad parameter value: 162.200.12.234
dpkg: error processing package postfix (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 75
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of altermime:

Looks like you're using an IP address (162.200.12.234) as server hostname? If so, please change it to a FQDN, and follow our installation tutorial STRICTLY:

Hmm, that's unfortunate. So I'll have to get a different distro for it to work on my Raspberry Pi. Which do you suggest?

You can try Debian 8.
