Hallo,
since some days emails from our iRedMail-server get rejected from several providers (gmx and web.de). Here comes the entry of the Bounce-Mail:
The mail system
<*****@gmx.de>: host mx00.emig.gmx.net[212.227.15.9] refused to talk

In fact it is not totally clear how and where I have to set the PTR record. Maybe you can help? Here I will describe our setting.
Our domain (example.com) is provided by provider A. There we've set the MX-record, the SPF and DKIM entry.
The MX record points to our server (exam.com), which is hosted by provider B.
Email-addresses are following this scheme address@example.com, but the host-address is exam.com.
I think provider B has to set the reverse PTR record? (exam.com to the IP-address? or do I have to use example.com to IP)
Thanks in advance!
