good day,

i am sending messages and it retains in draft folder also found in sent folder.. why it retains a copy in draft while my message already sent.  i am looking on what part to be configure. sorry about my question please bear with me i am new about this. thanks for help ..

It's controlled by your MUA (Outlook, Thunderbird, webmail, etc), not server-side programs.

thanks zhang for the reply, on my webmail cant find in preferences which manage or controlled this part, no store message into server something or any related to this.

the problem occurs if i send messages with a couple of attachments not exceeded in 5mb, my message already sent and already delivered in the receiver of message with complete set of attached files, but when i look into drafts folder some attachements file are gone but it leaves one attachment file randomly so i think thats the reason why it retains a copy in my draft folder..

Seems a bug of webmail. Are you running Roundcube? you'd better report this issue to Roundcube bug tracker here:
