Topic: delete option not available after searching the account
Hello Team,
We are using iRedAdmin 1.2.0. We have multiple domains hosted on this. One of the domain has got more than 500 users. We also give control panel access to our customers. We see below limitation while deleting an account from the control panel.
Domain Administrator logs on to the iRedAdmin control panel.
Click on Users will list all users in that domain.
There are more than 500 users in the domain, so users are listed in many pages.
Now Domain admin make use of the "Search name or email" box on the right hand side top.
Type the email address and hit enter.
Search result says 1 user found and the user is listed there, but the check box next to the user disappears and we cant see "Delete", "Disable", or "Enable" options.
Domain Admin has to manually go through each page and delete the user.
Could someone please help me figure out how I can get the above options in the search result.
